How it all started...
In May of 2020, we were in the clutches of a global pandemic and social unrest. Life as we knew it changed, how we shopped for groceries, how we gathered for family events, and more importantly, how we congregated for church. In the first year of marriage, a husband and wife sat on a couch, prayed to God and asked, "How can you use us to fulfill Your purpose in our marriage in such a time as this?", and God answered. That very night a script was written, preparations to film our first faith-based story was initiated. A team of believers and creatives came together to forge a new ministry, to lift our voice and spread the Gospel through film. It was then, during the darkest hour of our time, in the heart of the movie capital of the world, Stay Lifted Films, Inc. was born.
Stay Lifted Films is a 501(c)3 Non-Profit Christian Film Ministry - Production Company based in Los Angeles, California. Our sole mission is to spread the Gospel to all the world through film. We produce and distribute original award winning faith-based, family friendly, inspirational stories that are crafted and directly inspired from the Bible. Our narrative stories covers deep topics that capture the human experience and infuse faith through the word of God.
We thank God that He saw us through the Covid era. Though the global pandemic was in many ways, culture changing, it did reveal a new reality for the body of Christ... that there's a new mission field, the online and social media world. And, there's a new call-to-action, create faith inspired media that will transcend borders and cultures instantly to plant seeds of hope and truth in Christ in the mind and hearts of all who would watch and receive.
In Matthew 5:16 it says, "Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven."
As believers in Christ, we are a team of kingdom creatives who repurposed our gifts and talents to evangelize through film and media. May we continue to be beacons of light for Christ during these dark times and win the world back to Jesus, our Lord and Savior, one film at a time.

Expanding the vision...
Coming into the year of 2025, God spoke a word to our hearts, a word of expansion. Now, Stay Lifted Films opened its first Film Studio, and this enabled us to expand beyond the narrative faith filled inspirational stories and create content in different areas of ministry.
We are teaming up and currently in production with pastors from different churches all over Los Angeles to film a new sermon series called, The Pocket Pastor.
We are also teaming up and currently in production with Evangelists from all over the world to produce a new faith inspiring series called, Faith It Up.
We continue to explore new ways and push the creative power of spreading the Gospel through film and media.

As a ministry, it is our responsibility to service the community and share the message of grace and hope in Christ. As we bridge relationships with churches, connect groups, ministries, production companies and studios, we are moving toward the dream of a collective body creating new and innovative ways to engage not only the Christian community, but also the secular world, where it is needed the most.
Here at Stay Lifted Films we are currently writing feature scripts that will soon go into production. We also offer educational opportunities for film students in the college and high school levels to volunteer on our film sets and experience real world application of being bold and expressing their faith in films.
Arming our youth, tomorrow's filmmakers and content creators, with courage, boldness, and fearlessness to glorify the Father with their gifts, talents and light is crucial to changing the landscape of how the industry views faith productions.
Stay Lifted Films started small and now has grown into a force for the kingdom of heaven and we stand united in faith as we create faith filled inspirational stories in these extraordinary times.
